| Crown’s customers and employees represent a global environment. The gTLD will allow us to create new resources for each of these groups. Through our Insite products our customers can view information hosted in New Bremen, OH that is downloaded from their equipment. That information is combined with additional information from various Crown systems. In addition we are in the process of equipping our global service engineers, almost 2,000, with tablets. They would be able to use a .crown community to share tips, view manuals and perform other critical functions. For our global customers we want to avoid confusion with the existing gTLD’s and point them to .crown. | |
